Ladies please get yourselves checked out, guys make sure your lovely ladies take good care. Scared? Take a friend with you, make an appointment together. Just do it. Only takes a few min and even tho it's a bit uncomfortable it's over quickly and the peace of mind is worth it. Breast Cancer runs in my family & I go every year like clockwork. Just went a couple weeks ago and everything is fine.
