I wouldn't suggest any dramatic changes overnight as well - the repercussions could be lethal!

It truly is hidden in MANY FOODS.......won't always be the second or third item on the list but still there!

We try to limit sugar also. My parents brought us up that excess sugar consumption was linked to dental caries. I have great teeth, and while genetics may have played a part(I'm adopted and have little health history)I am glad that they taught us that we can negate that with improper diet. We brought our children up the same way. I like sweets ,so sometimes it is a challenge.

I have gout and a total new diet has been my solution to it as of now 'cause I don't want to take prescription meds unless there is no other choice. That's why I have all but given up sugar.
