Nah. I can't drink coffee. It flares up my IBS. I drink green tea now. I also stopped drinking Coke unless I'm out and about. I don't carry it around the house anymore. I'd love to start doing some yoga but my back is such a wreck. DH says I should see a chiropractor to get it back into order, but I'm scared of them too. I thought of acupuncture, but I wouldn't even know where to begin with going to see anyone for it.

I figure my best stress reliever right now is a big fat nap.

He tested my B-12 levels and they were normal. He also tested everything having to do with anemia and they were normal as well. He did mention my blood pressure was pretty low, but I figured that was better than it being too high.

Myself... As soon as I am inactive, like sitting here on the computer, my hands and feet turn to ice. I wear wool slippers all the time, even in summer. My wife threatens all the time to get me a heated mouse.
Oh I still get the house ready when we're having showings, but that's like once a week. I decided to start getting out during the day and I wish it was nicer, else I'd ride the bike around. I'd love to go swimming at the indoor pool nearby, but I wouldn't have the time to get there and back before the kids get home.

I had to resort to turning up the heat and wearing shoes indoors. I'm gonna get me some nice fuzzy slippers.

Find a soft touch (activator) chiropractor. Instead of forcing the bones into place they work the muscle endings allowing them to relax and let the bones go back into place. My kids will beg to see ours.

I think the one that DH used has one of those tables. I wonder if that'll work too.
