Default binged today, tomorrow is new day

Had a bad fat taping yesterday. Binged a little today*, then had a long workout at the gym after work. Work went long, the gym was a long session and this led me getting home later than usual which led to a marital spat. Said spat is resolved and now it is time to get back on the wagon.

I plan to get some steamed fish, nuts and yogurt for food tomorrow and travel at least 2 miles by foot, alternating running and walking, perhaps tossing in a trip to the gym for a metabolic conditioning / endurance workout.

*lunch buffet at BBQ joint - not sure how much I ate, might have been 3 lbs of tasty, tasty meat. Then not one, but two large chocolate chip cookies and a mtn dew at work. Small amount of nuts and cheese curds after workout - trying to get back on wagon by avoiding carbs post-gym to promote fat burning for muscle glycogen replenishment.

Totally agree, tomorrow (or today for me) is whole new day.
I might need a whole day to crawl back on the wagon.

It might be the weather and lack of sunshine encouraging us to binge. I had a chocolate feast the other day and i will try not to repeat that for awhile. Good luck with your healthy goals.

Yes, tomorrow is a new day. You can do it.

I had an eating disorder for years. It's been over 18 years since I've binged.

So the day after I binged, my belly feels smaller. Go figure. I think it might have been fat in fat cells being replaced with water.

That's right, release the guilt and enjoy a fresh new start.
