Has anyone tried Inositol?
I've been researching on the net about Inositol and finally decided to take the plunge and start on a 6 week program of Inositol following dosage information on the second link listed.
I was just wondering if anyone else has tried a high dose treatment program of Inositol? and if so how did it work for them?

We tried it 15+ years ago with dd. I don't remember having great results, but she has been a tough one to treat successfully. She is severely autistic and bipolar.

It was for autism, but she has lots of anxiety and depression. Some autistic kids do very well on medications/supplements that impact serotonin levels in the brain. She was young and non-verbal at the time, so it was hard to gage whether she felt better being on it.
I can say that it didn't make her any worse or develop any memorable negative side-effects.
