Question Realistic goals for weight loss

Have you set realistic goals for your weight loss program.

Weight watchers has the 10% plan. Your first goal is to lose 10% of your weight. I like that. Its easier to meet your goals and easier to stick with it.

    Have you?

I think I could do 10%! I would like to loose 30 pounds which is 20%, but it should be easier in stages! Thanks CJ

I'm trying to aim for 10 pound increments, makes it easier than thinking of the whole amount which seems so impossible.

I need to lose the equivalent of many many bags of sugar. (perhaps I should make it a large bag of dog food)
I will be able to exercise my heart out soon, but no "dieting" or restriction of food because I am bf'ing. I can simply make better food choices though and that would be a good thing.
I'm not even sure what amount is realistic anymore. The amount I gained during pregnancy sure wasn't realistic. LOL

I have a long way to go but the 10% plan sounds good, sounds realistic.

That 10% rule sounds very workable. Think I will try to set my brain to work towards that route. Thank you.
