    Default Surgery update

Hi everyone. My surgery went very well. I saw my doctor yesterday and he released me so I can go back to a normal routine. I still can't smell anything but my doctor said it may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for that to happen. If it doesn't I guess I'll just be happy to be breathing through my nose again. Thanks to all who sent prayers and well wishes and a very special thanks to Darlene, your an angel in disguise wether you know it or not.

My sniffer started working 2 nights ago. I fixing pork steaks with Mrs. Dash and I could smell the spices. Then last night I was peeling an orange for DH's snacks and I could smell the orange. I didn't want to wash my hands they smelled so good. I think I'll be poking my nose into a lot of things in the next few weeks. I can't wait until I can open my dining room window and smell my lilac bush.

Great news!! Think you are way ahead of the game, like you said some people wait a long time to get that sense back. Enjoy!!
