Fruit and Veggie Poll
If you had to pick between eating fruits or vegetables for the rest of your life, which one would you choose and why?
I would say vegetables. Example, a red pepper packs in more vitamin C than an orange. Plus veggies are more versatile and lower in sugar.
And you?

Wait, a pepper is technically a fruit though! oops. Okay what we consider a fruit or veggie. LoL

Veggies - there aren't many I don't like.
I consider peaches, grapefruit, and cantaloupe to be veggies.

Hmmm.... tough choice because I'm not wild about either. I'd say vegetables, assuming that includes potatoes and corn.

I'm with you McD. I've never heard that peppers are a fruit, but have heard that tomatoes are so in that case I do love tomatoes especially out of the garden.

I'd have to go with fruit. While I love potatoes and brussels sprouts, I can count on one hand the veggies I would miss but I'd need all my digits to count the fruit I would miss if I could never have it again.

~Fruits are more inclusive even though many are generally regarded as vegetables.
"Fruits are or contain seeds, they develop from the ovaries. Nuts, olives, tomatoes, peas and runner beans are all examples of fruits, as well as the obvious ones like apples, oranges and grapes. Vegetables are non-seed containing plant matter. They include leaves, such as cabbage, lettuce or watercress; roots, e.g. carrots or beetroot; bulbs, like onions, and tubers such as potatoes"
Even squash, peppers and avocado fall under the fruit category.
