    Default Anyone have a pilates door knob rope exerciser?

    It's made by Bally Total Fitness and I got one for a Christmas gift exchange present.

    I have literally two exercises that I can do with it. But, is there more? All there are are leg lifts and abdominal leg raises.

    My mom had something similar when I was a kid. I played with it all the time.

    She did several different moves with it so I'm sure there are more you can do. I don't remember what she did though. I just remember playing with it.

    look up pilates resistance band exercises. there are a ton of arm and ab ones you can do. dunno about legs...might be better off sticking to squats and lunges.
