Ladies only (just for your benefit guys lol)
I am 33 and I really think I am starting to go through pre-menapause.
I have started having a few hot flashes and my moods and emotions are OFF THE WALL. I am on a daily emotional roller coaster. I have daily, all day long, headaches and when DH tries to get intimate anymore, I will participate but just not completely into it. My mind is in a constant "fog" and what I am trying to say never comes out correctly. Is there anything natural that will help with this b/c I really dont like taking synthetic drugs.

The only way you're really going to know is to have your hormone levels checked. At least then, if they're normal, you can rule that out and find out what else it may be.

Have you made an appt. for the doctor yet? You need to find out what's really going on before you decide how to treat it. 33 is waaaay young for menopause. Good luck and keep us updated.

I'm going to agree with the previous posts. You need to get yourself to a doctor and find out what's going on. 33 is almost 20 years early for menopause (on average). Those symptoms may be menopause, or may be something else. Get yourself checked out.

I was 37 (for perimenipause) so it's not impossible BUT make an appt. and have your hormone levels checked. It could be sugar, thyroid, and a host of other things. chart it for him before you go. Ask if anyone else in your family did. Double ovulation can do it too. We have twinning in the family. After all only so many eggs right. These are just comments though seek a professional.

I was 36 when I started hitting it. And, yeah, go to the doc's to rule out other things. Your thyroid can be off
Go visit a naturopath. For my issues, mine told me to take:
evening primrose oil
flax seed oil
calcium
vitamin e
vitamin b
multivitamin+iron
She also suggested:
black cohosh
soy isoflavnes (this isn't spelled correctly, I can't totally read her writing)
I found this stuff called "Amberen" on the internet. Oh my, the stuff is wonderful.Beak-1996, Toad-1998, and Q-1998

Well as soon as I can get out and off work I am going to get an appointment. My mom went through menopause early so it is not impossible for it to be happening to me too. I had my tubes tied 8 years ago and have had a few problems since then so if they would just clean house I would be more than happy to deal with it that way lol.

Oh honey, I am the same way. I've been this way for years but I figured it was normal. My mother and grandmother went through perimenopause and I agree, you should get a blood work done up. Have your hormone, thyroid and blood sugar levels checked.
