WeightWatchers PointsPlus
Just wondering if anyone is doing WW new PointsPlus system?
I've been "on the plan" for 3 weeks and I've lost 4lbs! I am super excited about this.
I don't have alot to loose but this system seems easier to me than the old system. And I'm getting better/faster results this time around than I did a few years ago on the regular points plan.Judy

So glad it's working for you!!

My DD#2 and I started two weeks ago - she's down 8# and I'm down 6.8#. We are both loving it.
I bought the little hand-held points calculator - really nice when you're in the grocery store.
I can honestly say I've only been hungry a couple of times. We're attending a wedding this weekend, and I am planning to use ALL my extra points!!! (I've only used 10 of the alloted 98 I had to use the past two weeks.)
My goal is not a number, it's a letter. I want to take an item of clothing off the rack marked "M" and have it fit.

I joined last month and I love it. I tried just doing the online program in the past, but I didn't lose any weight. I really love the meetings and I feel "accountable" when I need to weigh in weekly. I started at 153.5 pounds and now I'm at 145.5. 20 more pounds to go!

That's Great! We had enough people at work join so we have a WW rep come to us which works out very nicely.
I really like the meetings too. They're fun, we laugh and we loose weight together and it makes for some very interesting hallway conversations since "we're all in this together".
Today's hallway conversation was what beer has the least amount of points? Miller Genuine Draft 64 is only 2pts! Pretty funny conversation considering we're at work.Judy

I love the new system. I am struggling with a plateu right now. But I know I need to get a better exercise routine going and I think I could get out of the plateu. Just need some more motivation. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 yrs with weight watchers.

I just finished my first week, and I am down 2.7 lbs. I'm doing the online version, and I am finding it difficult to find the information I need.
I may start going to the meetings; I just don't want to go alone, but I really don't have anyone else to go with. Plus if I start going to the meetings I'll be able to have some of it reimbursed through my health insurance.

They have a really great app for iPhones. It's easy to use and easily replaces all the books and calculators.
good luck everyone.

I get $250 back each year from my health insurance for going to WW meetings. You will meet lots of nice people at the meetings. You can really learn alot of the people at the meetings. Remember the person teaching the class is a "life time member" has lost weight using the program.

I agree, join a meeting, make new friends.
I've been getting double workouts in about 3 days a week. I get up in the morning, get either a 30 min or 45 min video in and then I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at work during my lunch break. Its doing wonders for my weight loss.
I used all of my "allowance" points this past weekend while camping but I've gotten about 18 activity points in the "bank" for the week. The scale is going down and my weigh in is tomorrow.Judy

I am not strictly following a points system as I am PG (I think they have a PG program, but I digress), but I am generally eating the WW frozen breakfasts and lunches. I feel satisfied with that and a snack like fruit or a yogurt and then I eat "regular" in the evenings.
I have lost 8lbs during my PG, but given my size my doc is actually happy about it. Since the babe weighs approx 4lbs now, I am probably down 12ish lbs! Woohoo!Working on Our Debt a Day at a Time:
