Default Calorie and Nutrition Finder website

I do not know about anyone else, but I for one am trying to figure out a more calorie sensable diet ( Shhhhhhh bad word ) ...Uhm eatting plan ... and for some reason when I want to know if something would be a better idea ( usually at night when I am on my computer ) I do not have a nutritional label sitting here beside me.

I did find this neat website and I thought I would share. I have just used it to look up nutritional and calorie information, however the online food diary and activity diary are free according to their website.

I use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal - keeps track of calories, nutrition information, goals, weight loss/gain, and more. Has a journal section, and more.

Of course it's all free too.

I use myfitnesspal.com. They have a food database and I keep a daily food and exercise diary there for free.

My favorite is spark people dot com because it has a community feel, is easy to use, has the meal-planner, grocery list, etc. built in. You can click on an item they list that you don't like and it will offer substitutions that fit into the same nutritional category for what it offered, etc.

2012 Grocery Budget Reduction Challenge- $100 a month. (down from $150) Hm, might be too low.
Electric Usage Challenge (doing well, under $70 most months)

Yah, I suck at this money stuff, I know. That's why I'm here.
