    Just wanted to share this with those that are trying to take better care of themselves, its not necessarily only for 'bathing suit season' either.

    This was very interesting too:

    I've been adding more protein to my meals and I find I'm in agreement with the article.

    Good ideas - need to make sure I'm taking better care of myself this summer since there is no break before the next school year starts!!
