Other recipients with depuy hip replacement wasn't fully recovered because of these new technology devices. Many are suffering for the pain so decided to proceed to contact with to file against the manufacturer.

i have alot of pts that i see post op hips and knees etc
hips are most of the time a much faster recouperating because of the type of joint .

i have had younger pts 60 and younger walk to the door with a cane 5 days post op - i didnt even think they were my patient - because they had dealt with so much pain previously they were feeling much less pain after the surgery . they usually say i would have done it years before if they had only known .

most of my younger cts ( which is under 60/ 70 for my type of work ) are from congenital type deformities that causes earlier wearing down of the joint - or they were uber atheletes when younger and just wore the joint out .

Sorry.........hope you have a good and speedy recovery.....when the day gets here.

My mom had both done........but it was due to a fall, each time.

Chronic pain is not fun..........take care.

Praying for a quick recovery. I just had my right hip done. Did my left one 3 years ago both total hip replacements. This time on wed. at 5 pm hubby was told his company was bought out and new ins started april 1 so I had to leave hospitol 1 day early. But I'll make it (thats what I keep telling myself)
