I tried Juicing for a week. By day four I was very grumpy and it was getting uncomfortable because I hadn't used the restroom in 3 days. Now I had to ask myself; Was it really the juicing or was it because he was eating an all Raw Vegan Diet?

this guy named Joe Cross has this autoimmune disorder and was dependent on prednisone and other medications. He was fat, sick and close to being dead. He would have these break outs that were horrible. He is from Australia. He goes to NYC and does this 60 day juice fast and then travels around talking to people. He runs into a truck driver in Arizona who has the same problem and weighs 429 pounds. The truck driver didn't take up his offer to help him lose weight and allow the body to heal itself.
