Eat more "soy sauce" but eat less "soy." Lol. K?
Lot's of dairy in the pro list, so that's out for me. I'll definitely have a look at the list of the cons again. I know Happymama posted a list of them in another thread and pretty much included all my favorite foods. She might as well have thrown donuts in there just for good measure.

I'm on a very low dose since July. It might work better if I would give up some of my favorite foods
My favorite food is brussel sprouts. I love cabbage, spinach, broccoil, cauliflower and almonds. Having to watch carbs for the blood sugar it was always good those were my favorites.
I am going to look up about the supplements mentioned. Thanks for sharing!

Who knew right???
I am a huge broc. and almond eater...........gees.........and to get off the soy completely is darn near impossible........it is in
everything.
I do plan on 'searching' for other opinions.......but info can
be hard to come by........should say TRUSTWORTHY info.
Anyone have any good websites about it...........that aren't
into just selling you something????

You know, I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks now. I was doing really well and then hit the 10 pound mark and stalled. I had reduced my caloric intake to about half of what I needed to maintain my weight and was walking 3 miles a night.
I was eating pasta for dinner and adding Brocolli or brussel sprouts to it to help bulk it up.
Pretty sure they were cancelling out my throid pill then.
