super easy:
Go to Dollar General, and purchase one regular size jar of vaseline, one bottle of shea and cocoa butter baby lotion, and one container of Vitamin E cream.
Dump contents into a bowl- mix with hand mixer until whipped and light- it will look like frosting.
Total cost was 5.00 and makes a ton!!

Thanks, arnie, for posting the recipe. We don't have any Dollar General stores locally but I will see what I can find.
Colorado Lady used to be on a quilting forum I visit and I thought I had her e-mail addy but is isn't functional anymore.

Making body lotion..
I don't know where I read how to make this lotion. Here? or somewhere else.
Body Lotion... All products from DG
1 bottle of baby lotion w/cocoa & shea butter 1.50
1 lg container of DG brand vaseline 2.47
1 jar of Delon Vit E skin cream 1.00 ..Empty all into bowl & mix with mixer.
I put most of it into a ziploc bag, cut a tip in the corner. I then filled recycled plastic med bottles. I tied a ribbon bow around the center of bottle. If I had time I would have decorated the caps with buttons & beads. I bought see thru little bags @ the $Tree, 40 in a bag. I put the bottle of lotion in the bag & tied it with the silver tie that came with the bags. I filled 22 med bottles & refilled the Vit E container. With hit & miss calculations came out about 26c per bottle. Christmas gifts for family.
Love it on my heels!

Update:
I made another mix because I was curious with the Coco Butter. I don't like it at all. It's way more runnier and thin. Probably why the OP went for Baby lotion, that is thick.
I love Coco Butter, but not in this mix.
Will use it up though!
