Microneedling - anyone heard of it?
Got one for Christmas. Looks a little like a miniature torture device. I've read about it on the internet and not sure how much confidence I have in the theory. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and, if so, their opinion of the technique.

My sister seems to give me some "youth regeneration" device for all major holidays. Maybe she is trying to tell me something....
