Yeah, it is going to be tender for a while yet. Be careful with it for a couple weeks and keep using that ice if it swells up.

I know Aleve is a no no for long term but it's the only thing that helps me...even beyond prescription drugs like percodan.
I just can't take it all the time and I know this. My doctor says it an anti inflamatory also.Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
