    I've been watching what my DH's diet is doing to him over the years, and my diet is also fairly bad.

    Had not heard of the movie Fat, sick and nearly dead until last week. My dermalologist told me about it and the other movie Super Size Me, which I had heard of. We started talking it about it because I asked her a question about my Rosesa and well boy she had a lot to say!

    So, Sara, is your family eating vegan, raw foods, or what? I'm interested. How's it going, with kids? I wish I'd fed my kids a lot healthier....it wasn't bad, but SAD w/ plenty of F&V. Also, a little crud (junk food).

    I dont mean this to be contrary but to show another side of the coin. I loved the movie Fathead. It showed some of the flawed science in Supersize Me.
