A good thing about taking measurements also is that you can see improvements even though the scale might not show you lost much, or even that you gained weight
(muscle being more dense than fat, weighs more or something to that effect) Going by pant sizes is also a good way of measuring improvements
Also as a side note, try leaving a pair of pants that fit you, but are maybe just a bit too tight or you don't really wear them...put them up away and after you've lost weight(10 or 20 pounds maybe?)...try them on and you'll feel the difference SO much when they are finally baggy on you...that was the only thing that finally convinced me I had lost the weight..And it was so drastic to me because I had left them put away for sooo long too, so it wasn't like I got used them slowly getting baggier...well I hope this made sense

I took my measurements yesterday

I wanted to see if I'm getting smaller even though the scale isn't moving. I've been really good about hopping on the treadmill or doing WATP lately
