    Question Can you continue to try when you plateau?

    I plateau rather quickly when dieting, but I know myself and know that this means I am doing really well and need to keep going. If you plateau...don't give up.

    I have to admit, this is one area I really struggle in. When I plateau I always end up by gaining some back.
