How often do you plan on weighing in
This is one area I struggle with also. I always weigh myself every morning when I get up but I'm determined to not weigh in until Monday and then each Monday after that.
I plan on tracking my weight loss on a graph and so will mark down loss/gain each Monday.
What about you?

I am really bad about weighing myself everyday when I am trying to lose weight. It is a bad habit for me because if I show a slight gain I get upset and usually end up eating something I shouldn't. I will try really hard to only weigh myself once a week.

I am going to try to weigh in only once a week, but it is so hard to stay away from the scales when I am trying to lose!

Ever Monday morning here, too. I put the scales out of sight the rest of the week.

Every day here. Mostly cause I"m trying to learn that a slight day to day change isn't the end of the world... but for my weight loss board's web page, it's every Wednesday a.m. and for dh & my challenge, it's every Saturday & Sunday night...

I belong to Curves and will continue to workout 3-5 days a week there. We are weighed and measured once a month so that is when I will check my weight and measurements. I have a scale at home but I am going to do my best to stay away from it!!!!!!

I'll go for Monday mornings too. I get discouraged if I look more often and don't see any differance.

Every Monday morning sounds good to me.
But I will have a hard time not peeking during the week.

Monday sounds great for me. I'll post my gains, losses, and standstills weekly.

Monday sounds great to me too. I have a bad habit of weighing myself daily because my scale stays out. I guess I will get in the habit of putting it away and only bringing it out on Monday.
I think this will be good for me because I get discouraged each day I weigh and there is no change.~*Michelle*~

Monday sounds great.
For those weighing in at night note that morning is the most ideal time to get an accuarate weight.
I've weighed myself in the evening and then again the next morning and noticed a 5lb difference..
