I used to use the Where The Heart Is soundtrack and the Top Gun soundtrack, but my dd #1 sat on my slim case and broke them... so now I'm having a friend of my mom's make a compilation CD of my favorite fast-tempo songs.. stuff like the Dixie Chicks, SheDaisy, some of the Dirty Dancing soundtrack, Sweet Home Alabama soundtrack, that sort of thing.... anything that's not slow-dance music or tear-in-my-vodka music....
What do YOU use? {can you tell I'm fishing for new music?}
I like Foreignor 4 to work out to. I used to warmup as a young teen to that tape in dance class.
Usually, I watch tv as I exercise or it's a workout video though.

I like to listen to the hip hop stations if they are playing songs I like..
I also like Eiffel 65
Eminems songs get me going..
I also like just what is it techno? Where it's mostly just fast pumping music with no words usually..
Oh oh ..I love whats it called robert nile? I can't remember his name, but one of his songs played for the trailer of Everafter "tell me a fable" is one of the songs I think...gives me shivers every time..I used to have a BUNCH of good music on my computer winamp thing but dh erased them ALL ANd now that napster is not around...
I love techno to dance to. It's a lot of fun. Such a great beat.

I can't laugh too much. Not that long ago, {like 4 years} I was still getting use out of my sweatin to the oldies videos and taking my NKOTB tape on long bike rides....
