What's The Difference
Between Walk Away The Pounds, Walk Away The Pounds Abs, & Walk Away The Pounds Christian Series? All 3 say they target Abs..?

Gabe bought me walk away the pounds for abs and it is different than walk away the pounds. It's not wayyyy different because you have to keep in mind she only has four different walking movements. The scenery is different, the workout is similar but different, and the music is different. It comes with a resistance belt. (I have heard it breaks easily though. I'll let you know once I have used mine) whereas the walk away the pounds original uses weighted water balls. I found that the abs one is a bit faster paced too.
I have seen the the Christian series in the store and plan to pick it up soon, so will let you know the differences once I have looked it over.
I can't say enough about her tapes. They have motivated me beyond what I ever thought was possible.
