I weigh "GULP" 153 lbs ( I believe it is mostly hops and barley ) My goal weight is 118 + 7 lbs of muscle and 11% body fat. I need to lose about 30 lbs.
My goal is somewhere between 150 to 155 lbs. I was weighing in at 180 lbs. last year before my wedding. Now, a year and a half later, I'm down to a comfortable 160. I would be happy with a little more loss, but am quite happy with how I am right now.
For me it's more about maintaining my weight loss rather than losing more.
My goal weight is 150 lbs or a size 6. I am 5'5". I have 13 lbs to go. Since beginning my weight loss journey in Jan. 04 I have lost about 26 lbs. Since Jan. 05 I have lost 6 lbs and also gained muscle. My highest size was a tight 12. I am now fitting into some size 8's.
Present weight 214
Goal weight 175
Pounds to go 39
I'm a little over 5-7 also; I guess my goal sounds high. But I looked good at 175, my cholesterol and such is already just fine, and I was told my body fat % would be fine if I only got down to 185. So for now, that's my goal.
How do you put one of those cool tickers in your signature line? I figured out you get them at tickercentral.com--then what?
I am 9 pounds away from my original goal of 150 lbs. I am now 159 and in a size 8. I have to admit, I'm pretty happy right here! I successfully changed my eating habits so I am maintaining my weight, but I haven't been walking or exercising like I should. I think if I incorporate that back into my daily routine, those extra pounds should come off pretty easy. So I'm going to get my butt back in gear and get those last few pounds off!!
I'm pretty tall (almost 5'10",), so my "healthy" weight range is anywhere between 123-164 (the high end of which is pretty close.) I haven't been under 150 since basic training. (Came out of bt at 148.) Right now I am shooting for 155. I will see how that works out, and then if I think I still need to lose more to feel better, I will shoot for 145-150.
