I have something like that only what I have looks like a mix between a jumprope and stirrups ...the jumprope part is rubbery and the stirrups are to grip with..I have tried those bands and I think I like what I have better since it's easier to hold on to. The kind I have I beleive was about 15$ but that was so long ago that I got it so I really don't remember

I've seen a set at Wal-Mart that is round bands and you can close them in a door to hold them for you. I have some paralysis in my left hand so holding on to the bands Sara pictured would be too tough for me. I'd need a handle to hold on to. Anything that helps to tone/build muscle is a good thing.
