    yikes! They say I should be drinking 12! Of course I think most days especially when I exercise, I most definitly get that in, but days where I am busy and don't work out, maybe I get 6 glasses at most

    Me too, 12! So in litres (which is what I go by)...that is...let's see.
    1oz=30cc (ml)
    8oz= 240cc (ml)
    12 glasses multiplied by 240cc equals....2880ml which is almost 3 litres of water!
    I have a 1 litre water bottle that I drink two of everyday, so I am close, but have a ways to go yet(but milk and teas and decaf sodas and coffees count towards water too)!!!
