Do you volunteer your time to help your child(ren's) sports team?

Of course we do. DH is the president of the baseball association and I am the treasurer. We also coach our boy's teams. It is one way to ensure the children in the community the opportunity to play and have fun learning the fundamentals of baseball.

We have been involved for only 4 years, but have loved every minute of it. Even though, it is very tiring at times. Our town is a small town and it is hard to get people to help out. If it weren't for our own chidlren helping with the concession, gate (during tournaments), and helping maintain the field, it would never get done. It takes the whole family. I always tell them, this is family time.........lol!!!

I always coached. From the time they started until they were in HS. I was the HS Varsity coach. When they were in youth leagues I coached as much as possible. I loved it as much as they did.

Last year Brandee played soccer. DH and I drove the players to every game and provided snacks and juice for the kids. We really enjoyed it.

DH coached soccer in the past. With hockey we help clean the arena.
