Default How do you know if you are working hard enough for your health?

For the past couple of weeks I haven't felt like my usual self. To me it's a combo of what happened plus a virus of some kind.. Dh was very sick with a stomach bug on Thurs. He went back to work the next day (superman). I have been very weak and easily out of breath with just going up & down stairs & feel oh so tired. I don't think it is all in my mind but being married to a guy who thinks I should strap on snowshoes and spend hours outdoors to "cure" me makes it so much harder. I want to just lay on my back off and on. This is so unlike me. I am just so tired. I figure I will head to the docs on Tues. and see what she has to say. Jack thinks positive thinking and spending countless hours outdoors will be wonderful for me. Love him dearly but he has this whole next week off. How will I ever get though this ? I feel so spent . Sorry to be complaining but this junk seems to be snowballing and I have noone else to talk to about this stuff. I'm so used to being an encourageing optimistic type person but I'm feeling lost.arghhh! Let me off this ride!

Darlene, having a touch of the flu, combined with all the stress you have been under lately would make anyone pooped out!!! Stress affects you physcially as well as mentally. Doesn't sound like a bad idea to see your doctor. Let us know what she says, we care..............
