Curves for Women?

Anybody do this workout? What do you think? What are/were your results? I went briefly but after awhile I got bored. It is a great workout for beginners; I really liked that they weighed and MEASURED you each month, so that you could see your progress, not only on the scale (which most everybody goes by: EEK, I gained a pound, I'm fat, let me forget everything good I've done and eat a whole cheesecake>...) but in INCHES, which is a better measure of your progress. Anyway, Curves, what do you think?

O haven't gone BUT have 2 neighbors who go (1 who has been going for a year now) and they LOVE it and have lost inches and pounds....

Theresa, About 7 women that I teach with have each joined a Curves in their towns. They all love it The key for them is going with a buddy so that you have someone to talk to. It keeps them motivated. One of them went alone, once, and said it was a completely different experience.

I have seen the commercials on tv, but haven't seen one nearby.

Amy, I agree, I was going by myself and I have to admit I was bored (but got great results, 11 inches in one month!) But I noticed several women went with a friend everyday (and then would go out for coffee after) and they loved it and stuck with it!
