    Default LFL: Water breaks during workouts?

    I was curious if you take water breaks during your workouts. I drink water about 20 min to half an hour before I workout and drink maybe 5-8 oz in the middle of my workout and then at least 24 oz after I work out.

    Yep, well at least with the videos that make me sweat I sure do

    I don't time it I just take a break when i feel thirsty (although I really should be drinking before I feel the need)

    I drink water before, during and after. During the tape, I grab a sip or two at any point during the tape where we are doing something repetitive and I won't lose my place.
