    Unhappy Struggling with fitting in a workout right now

    I JUST now got ayla to finally take a nap, it's 7pm I would have done it before she woke up, but this time SHE woke me up(and earlier than her usual time too)

    I am sooo tired, i've been running around with her all day when I wasn't feeding/bathing/changing her or myself
    I managed to fit in a little bit of cleaning and organizing but heck I was actually falling asleep next to her just a couple hours ago

    I would jump into a workout right now except I just finished some nescafe and pudding and I'm feeling really weighted down ...

    Plus the living room is pretty messy and for some reason I cannot workout unless the room is spotless (or at least organized very neat)

    90% of me wants to just run to my room and sleep until my show comes on (in less than an hour)

    But hey what if I just worked out during my shows? That might work ...It won't be the same exact thing as my video's but I can try it I guess...

    I feel like a sluuuuuuuuuuuuug today

    OH Heather!
    You are not a slug, you are a busy mom of a toddler!
    You can do a work out during your shows if you want! Just make sure you enjoy what you are doing!

    It is sooo hard to be motivated everyday...maybe you just need a rest today...don't be so hard on yourself.

    Theresa, that's so true I tend to be really hard on myself...I think I'll lower my expectations to about 25-30 minutes instead of what I wanted to do

    oh lord and ayla's nap never lasted, then i ended up letting her splash in the tub for nearly an hour She's still up and spunky, how DOES that girl do it, she hasn't slept more than maybe 5 minutes today!
