Unhappy Weighed myself for the first time in a couple of years

I officially started my living for life journey yesterday. But, didn't get to weight myself. My scales are old, so I plan on buying a new one this weekend. Anywho, I am really sad, because I am at 165 lbs. I haven't weighed myself in yrs, because I didn't want to face the facts. I am a size 14 right now, and was a size 7 in highschool. That's only been 6 years ago! How have I done this?

All I know is that I have to lose some weight. Right now, I am setting my goal at 10 lbs. Of course I would like to lose more, but I think 10 isn't too discouraging.

Just Jenn, you can do this, we're all here cheering you on!! I think the small goals are a great idea. It's not as overwhelming to do it 10 pounds at a time.
