    Default Weigh in 2/23 - 3/1

    After 2 weeks of missed meetings, because of snow, we FINALLY had a meeting today. I lost 3.5 pounds for a total of 10 pounds lost and got my ten pound ribbon!!Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    okay weighted in tonight, only .08. not that great but it is a loss. so i am going to try to get out more this week. did learn that my latte that i so love has 5 POINTS for each one. that scared me, I have had 2 this week. So those are going to be going.
