    Angry I'm always hungry!

I am so frustrated. I know this only makes my third day, but I stay hungry. Yesterday, I ate 3 small meals that filled me up for awhile, but because I have such a habit of eating I was hungry in no time. Why??

Maybe you could post what you ate and we could help you disect what you are eating.

I eat 3 meals and 2 to 3 snacks I just pick ( I'm on weight watchers) low or no pt. snacks.

One suggestion I would have is to include some protein in each of your meals, and I know it goes against the diet mentality, but also you need to include a small measure of fat. Hope this helps!

3 small meals actually doesn't sound like enough. It should be more like 6 small/medium meals. If that sounds scary, it actually helps increase your metabolism Just spread it out evenly throughout the day.

Also if when I start trying to lose weight, and I tell myself that I 'can't' have this or that, it does make me crave it more, and I find myself hungrier. But if I tell myself I 'can' have a large bowl of salad, and celery, and spinach, and a p.b./applesauce sandwhich on wheat bread with two fig newtons for dessert, it makes me feel full before I even eat Okay not literally all the time, but it does make my body not feel so deprived just thinking that way.

Keep low calorie snacks readily availiable for you. Like greenbeans, spinach, carrots, celery. These you can munch on until you are full without feeling guilty about it. Add *some peanut butter to the celery, scramble some egg whites with your spinach and add some salsa, sprinkle some nuts with your greenbeans, or have some raisins with the carrot if you need some flavor

Also we would love to have you share with us what you are eating, like Kimmomo3 suggested.
