    Default SELF Challange

    Here's the link to sign up for 2003 Self Challange....I did it a couple of years ago. You get food and excerize logs and daily email motivations. Even if you don't follow it, the logs are still great. You are also entered to win prizes all through the challange. Just thought I would share this with you all as I get baby bigger
