    Talking Loving Healthy Foods?

First off, what are ways you have found healthy foods to be tasty, or enjoyable? Share your tips with us we might all learn something new

    For me, I try to:

    ~Make my salads colorful/pretty.
I use kidney beans, carrots, garbanzo beans, tomato's, and lot's of greenery. Then I drizzle on the salad dressing, and sometimes stick in some thinnly sliced sticks of carrot/cucumber to make it look artsy
Sprinkling on some mozzerella and cheddar (just a bit) Can help make it more appetizing, plus I get some calcium from it
Top on a couple croutons and you've got yourself a pretty well rounded meal (The beans have protein)

    ~Eat with the pretty dishes.
This just always makes me feel so much more pampered.

~Flavor to normally bland things: Salsa, cinnamon, parsley/basil/garlic. Usually one of those will work for me in any situation.

~Kraft Free dressings taste great to me for dipping raw veggies in.

~ Instead of pouring chocolate sauce over icecream, I pour a hot cereal like oatmeal or my 4 grain cereal(which looks a lot like oatmeal) Adding cinnamon/raisins/apple chunks/ and then some peach slices makes it a heavenly delight. (I try to make sure my ice cream is low fat)

Ok, that's all I can think of for now, now it's your turn to add your ideas

One of my favorite things is the All American grill burger by Boca, I like to put them on a sourdough english muffin with grilled onions and a wedge of laughing cow cheese.

I also love to make a big bowl of fruit salad to keep in the fridge for snacking.

SF, FF Jello is a great low calorie, low point snack

I love to make big salads too, I will add a chopped up boiled egg and some shredded hillshire farm deli meats!! Very filling

Heather, the warm cereal on ice cream is an interesting idea, I may have to try that one!!
