    Talking Wednesday Challenge, are you up for it?

    Ok girls! I feel like being a coach type today

    So let's cut to the chase, and:

    Stop everything(unless you need shoes) and walk in place for one minute straight.

    Next, while standing, stretch and touch your toes, or just try to. We just want the back of your legs feeling the stretch is all. Hold for 12 seconds.

    Now Cross one foot over the other and do that same stretch. You should be feeling it on the side of your leg. Hold for 12 seconds.

    Now switch legs, repeat for 12 seconds.

    And for the final step do 10 pushups. You can do them against a door, girl or guy style. OR do 10 jumping jacks, OR do a crab walk for 20- 30 seconds.

    This should take about 2 minutes total.

    I can't quite touch my toes though! I chose 10 jumping jacks.

    Even if we CAN get outside, this is still a good thing to do along with that, Heaven! Now get yer butt up and hop to it!

    I plan to go for a walk after Tyler wakes up too. Its sunny out today.
