    Lightbulb So hard right now

    I haven't gained anything thank goodness, but, I've hit a stopping point I think. I guess I could always add more exersise to it but, I don't have the energy. I just feel so run down and zero energy. I've been trying to kick this nasty cold bug for about 2 weeks now. And when I'm sick I feel like I need to eat more, I haven't been but I feel like I want to.

    Hang in there. start really slow just a little exercise and see if you can get enough energy to do some exercising and at least your not going up.

    I agree with heaven, start out slow
    You also might just get more energy from doing a workout
    (sounds backwards, but that's what happens when I workout)
