    Exclamation LFL: Thursday's Challenge!! We can DO it!!


    First I want you to start off with a stretch.

    Standing(with something nearby to balance with) bring one foot back behind you so the heel is touching your buttocks (or resting to the side of them). The goal here is to get your quads stretched.(the front of your thighs)

    Hold for 12 seconds, then repeat with the next leg. (if you can't reach that far, but still feel the stretch in your quads that should be fine as well)

    Next is ab work for 1 min.
    I want you to do whatever you are familiar with.
    You can choose to do:
    Cherry Picker
    Trunk Twists
    Crunches
    Situps

    If none of these seem familar, then simply do pushups for one minute. But of course, taking breaks when you need them. Make sure as you do your pushups to keep your abs pulled in tight.

    Set your timers!

    Let's end this with stomach stretches.

    Lay on your stomach and stretch by
    bringing up your head and torso so you feel the stretch in your stomach, you can use your elbows to hold yourself up. Hold for at least 12 seconds.

    Then roll over on your back and bend your knees. Slowly drop both legs to the ground so you can feel the stretch in the sides of your abs.

    Repeat for the other side
