Ohmygosh Guess What I Found!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today in Havre i found it!!!!!!!!! there is a Curves in Havre. It would mean driving 360+ a week. But i was so excited to see one. RIGHT ON the door. it said NO MEN! NO CHILDREN! If i could just find someone to go with me i would go 3 times a week. Of course I could go down town and see how much that Gym is. (expensive though I already know). But it was so neat to see we have one here in the area. Now if they would just move here to town i would be hyped. okay i will shut up now. LOL

Heaven, just go sis, take me with you in spirit, just go. You will feel so good. I am going to start walking. I start Monday on 3 hours a day. That means that I get off work at 11am and the kids dont get off until 2:45. I cant afford to drive home (I live 15 miles from work, too much gas) diesel is 1.91 a gallon now. So I was thinking I will just walk and lose some more weight. besides I know that excercise helps depression, I better RUN. Anyway, you go to curves with me in spirit, and I will walk with you in spirit. Heck I will even talk to you while I am walking just dont answer back!!!

Curves is a woman's gym. It is 29$ a week or a month, i don't remember which breaking it down like that it doesn't sound like to much. LOL> anyway it is for women only. no men no children. YOu go in and exercise with other woman. I love the commericals because all the women they show are not models they are all normal women who want to loss weight. hope i explained this so you understand it.
Robin, i would love to go on those walks with you. And i will not talk back i promise. LOL
I want to do more walking but it is just so cold here right now.
Thinking about checking out the gym downtown too see how much they are. (probably about the same when i figure in gas and all). and you will be with me.

Curves is a thirty minute program, you start at one point and work your way around the room at various stations, they say it is a lot of fun to do. We have one here.

Heaven I love those commercials.My favorite is the one where they say I gave her the strength to loose,or she helped pick me up.What a great way to have a wonderful support group.

Heaven, it sounds like a great place. I will go with you in spirit also, just think of me on one shoulder and Robin on the other while you are working out. Of course, Robin will be the one encouraging you to work harder and I will be one the one whining, "I am tired, let's take a break, I am tired, I am sweaty, it's hot, I want a drink of water". I know~ I will be the one you will thumping off of your shoulder as you work out, LOL, but I will be there.
