Default AAACKK! What's wrong with this picture?

I don't know what is wrong with me, or maybe it's my scale, but it's showing that I have gained 5 pounds within the last week

Carl thinks it's the scale because he says he weighs more too, but I just trust my scale so much I don't know what to think.

I measured myself this morning and they are the same, actually I think my thighs measured smaller. My clothes fit the same as before as well.

I haven't been eating much more than normal and I've been doing workouts, and been really busy around the house for most of the week, just a couple small binges (more like just an extra treat instead of a binge) here and there but nothing that would make me gain that much I don't think?

We even changed the battery in the scale and it didn't help.

I wonder if it's time for me to get a new scale, or maybe I'm bloated? I dunno but it's pretty depressing seeing that I now weigh more than before I started! At least Carl says he can't tell that I gained it.

It could be all the stress? You know how your body reacts to different situations. Give it another week and check again. I bet it's due to stress. You are such an inspiration! I can't wait til I have as much energy as you do!.

Is it almost time for Aunt Flo? The scale can fluctuate 5-8 pounds when AF is on her way. One of the great things about being female. If not, it's a great excuse to get a new scale.

I can vary 5-8 lbs during the month, too. I really think it's water retention. I take a balanced B-50 supplement every day and I think it helps get rid of some of the fluid. Yikes! What would it be if I didn't take it?!!!

i bet it's water retention too! i don't think that would affect your measurements, but might affect your weight.

    ahhh yes, thanks girls!!

It might just be that it's that time of the month,(since it's less than a week away) it's just that I've been so used to actually losing weight a week before(don't know why!), but nothings stopping my body from doing wacky things I guess

Oh and stress, that's another good point...
I will just wait this out for a while till things settle down a bit more around here.

What time of the day are you weighing? The best time is early in the morning when you get up, thats when you weigh the least. It could also be muscle gain which is a good thing.
