My lil Milestone!
Is that I've stopped feeling sorry for myself and gotten up off my butt and started doing something about my weight.For once I feel great about what I'm doing.
Alrighty before the big concerns about diet pills,this one is ephedra free!Anywho I started taking Exenadrine,a multi viatamin,1000mg viatamin C and kava kava(mood enhancer-more like relieiver)Also I started a workout routine where I walk for 30 min each day,and 3 days a week do my upper body and 3 days do my lower also I do my ab routine everyday.Oh I'm so excited I'm gonna get Jason on this too.

Ok well I said I walk for 30 min a day but today I went for 45 and felt great!Yay I know I can do this.

Woohoo I'm keeping it going and I'm rubbing off on everyone.My mil started walking with me yesterday and today my sil went with us.yesterday Jason went to the store with me and got all healthy food and when he gets home he's going to lift weights with me.I love this.

sounds great, I can't wait til weather is warm and stays warm, I love to walk------but I just can't stand to walk when it is cold and the wind is whipping into you.
Since I work during the day, I like to walk in the evening so after the time changes back is usually best..........
You are on a good track, great workout routine...

I started walking yesterday and plan to implement other things too as i get used to doing the walking!
I am so glad your dh and mil, and sil are doing it with you!
