February in Review
I got this idea from another board, and thought it would be helpful to take a look back and see how we did for the month. It can be great motivation either way.
Days on program (OP): 23/28
--1 day over points
--4 days under points
Starting weight: January 28: 189.5
Ending weight: March 4: 183
Total lost: 6 1/2 pounds
Exercised: 20/28*
*includes 4 days of rest.

That is a great idea. too bad i didn't keep track. but i lost 7.7 lbs. so that isn't bad. I will do that this month maybe it will motovate me.
