Alrighty!! It's here again

We are going to do for the first minute of our challenge...

Jumproping!! Even if you do not have a jumprope, you can just use the 'invisible' jumprope. Just position your arms the way you would if you were holding one, and voila
If you need to break it up, feel free to do jumping jacks alternatly during the minute.

Then for 30 seconds I want you all to do the side step.
Bend your knees slightly, and step side to side. This movement works your thighs, so bend enough so that you feel it there. And since the thighs are a big muscle, it burns more calories~~ YAY!!!

While doing the sidestep, you can add an arm movement if you'd like. (I usually do a bicep curl or I pull my arms up and down leading with my elbow. Not sure what that move is called.)

For the last 30 seconds it's stretch time! 1 minute would be ideal.
Touch your toes. (getting the calves, back of thighs stretched)
Do a front of the thigh stretch. (pulling the leg behind you)
Stretch your arms and abdomen doing slow and control movements.

Just stretch stretch stretch!
