    Default Need some advice

    I would like to lose some weight (actually LOTS) but it has been very difficult. I eat when I am bored and since I have a very boring office job, I eat or think about food all the time! I have tried not bringing anything to eat with me to work but there is a snack box here. I will try not go get anything out of there, but the afternoon I have already had 1 or 2 things that I shouldn't have.

    Does anyone have any advice? I would greatly appreciate it!!

    Try bringing a water bottle with you, and some healthy snacks
    Then when you get the urge, first go for the water and then if you actually feel hungry for for the healthy stuff. When I say healthy I don't mean like low calorie cookies, I mean like a raw carrot, pop top can of green beans, apple, banana, yogurt that type of thing

    If you really feel like you "Need" the sweet stuff then opt for Peanut Butter on saltines, Apples. Do you have a File cabinet at work? If so then you could always hide your goodies in there. Out of sight out of mind kind of thing. Just keep healthy snacks in it. Great advice Heather
