I wish I had some great advice for you but I don't know what to say. Except that I'm still cheering you on!! Keep working at it and try not to get too discouraged. You can do this and I bet you are looking great!!!!!

Well, I don't know how much that program focuses on toning up muscles, but lifting weights would really be a good metabolism booster for you.

Other than that I would be patient, because it does usually take a while to see results. (up to three months sometimes)

I know tv ads tell us "see results in 10 workouts" Or "in just two weeks" but that doesn't really always happen that way.

Another thing you might want to add in is warming up with jumproping, doing squats and lunges that type of thing.
Whenever you are going about normal business try to fit in something little...maybe lunge from the desk to the bathroom...or when you take out your gallon of milk or water, do some bicep curls with it

It could also very easily be just gaining back muscle, or bloating, that time of the month etc. I just dealt with seeing my numbers jump from 110 up to 116 within two days! And I hadn't done anything 'bad' either.

The best thing of all though is that you are sticking to a routine of exercising This is wonderful! You've kept doing it for over a month, so now you can do it for three months, six, a year and for life!
