LFL:Thursdays Challenge!!!
Ok thought I'd start one.Hope that's ok.
Lets work those lower ab muscles.ya know where your mommy belly is.All you need to do is bicycle kicks.Here's how
Lay on you back like you would doing crunches,lift your knees so that you calves are even with the floor and start bicyclying alternating with each leg,start out slow and build up momentum to go faster.Stop when you feel the burn.
These work great.And I do them everyday.I've been doing them for 2 weeks and can tell a big difference in my lower abs,they are tighter,firmer and my jeans fit better.

thanks for starting it! I am feeling sooo spaced out today so it was exciting to read this

I did them just now but my upper thighs felt more burnt out than my lower belly did
(is that bad?) So I had to stop eventually because of that, but I did feel the burn in my lower belly
