Unhappy I am so sad, NO NOT THE VAN THIS TIME!!

i gained 2 pounds this week. I dont' understand it, i have exercised more than i have at all, and i have eaten less and i am so sad, i wanted to cry right in the middle of my meeting. IT totally sucks. Sorry i am whining, but this is the first time i have gained since i started losing.

Sweetie, don't feel bad. It is probably water weight and I bet if you weigh now, it will be less . Don't worry and keep your chin up, we love you, You are our Heaven.

try not to become too obsessed with the numbers, Heaven, you'll end up sabotaging yourself...maybe you didn't eat enough calories to sustain that extra activity and your body is trying to tell you that....just eat within your range and exercise "normally"....it'll come off....I usually have a big loss after a little gain..so it will compensate...don't worry...you didn't gain it overnight....so it will come off...eventually! Hugs...
